FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Missouri Doodles LLC Completes KennelsConstruction on the kennels themselves is completeOctober 8, 2005 -- The contractors have completed construction on the physical kennels and our adults are in their new home. Charlie, Hope and Dixie seem very happy with their quarters and enjoy getting to go outside whenever they want. All three of them run in and out all day long. Except of course when they are on walks with Dr. C, playing with the local children, snuggling on the couch or getting a bath (yuck!). The commercial dog bathtub is installed and christened. All seven of our dogs have now had baths in it. None of them consider the bathtub a valuable addition! We are still working on the lagoon and the final pieces of the kennel building. The floor needs stripped and sealed, there are still a couple of concrete anchors missing (on their way from the manufacturer) and we just discovered that a washer and dryer in the kennel itself would be a really good idea! Naturally, we see areas to improve the facility every day. So we've embarked on a never ending project. Here are some pictures of the kennels as they are now:
